OK to cyberbully students that support energy use

Interesting video posted below that describes how one student who wore an “I Love Fossil Fuels” t-shirt on Earth Day was attacked and cyberbullied for his views.

I thought that bullying–in any form–was an expelling offense in today’s public school system. I guess the protection from bullying doesn’t apply if a student that supports the use of abundant, secure, affordable, and increasingly clean domestic energy resources.
