In just one application, you can access much of the coal information that you need in one app. Here’s a brief description of this new application from ACCLive.com,
With the ACC Live mobile app, users have easier access to ACC Live’s essential services. It connects you to coal news, a network of business contacts and updates on industry events.
SETTINGS
Sign in with your ACC Live account, or create a new one, by entering in your login information in the ‘Settings’ menu. Once you are logged in, you will be able to customize your ACC Live experience, adding businesses and articles to your favorites, keeping them right at your fingertips.
ARTICLES
The ‘Articles’ section is your access to past issues of American Coal magazine. You can find articles by issue or department and save your favorites so you can quickly access them, or save them for later.
EVENTS
Need information on an upcoming conference? Find the information in the ‘Events’ section. Events can be found split into categories, placed on a map, or listed chronologically. Clicking on an event will bring up its information – what is it, where is it, when is it – and allow you to save the event to your favorites list.
BUSINESSES
Get access to ACC’s powerful Buyers’ Guide. The Guide is searchable by category, making it easy and fast to find the right company and contact information. Clicking a business allows you to save it to your favorites and see its location, contact information and ratings by other ACC Live users. You can even call the business with one click.
MAP
Turning on location services makes the map a powerful tool. Find out the locations of businesses and events and how far away they are. You can use the search function to find what you are looking for, limit the location of the search and even filter the results by rating.
You can use the pencil icon in the bottom right to circle an area of map to bring up the businesses or events within that area. Clicking the list icon on the right will then bring up a list of the search results.
Clicking a green pin will bring up the business’ name, address, rating and distance from you.
FAVORITES
Items saved as favorites will be found in the ‘Favorites’ section. They are divided into their separate sections, so you can quickly find what you are looking for. You can remove items from your favorites by clicking ‘Edit’ in the top right corner and then clicking the red circle next to the item you wish to delete.
