Be A Leader! Tomorrow’s Leadership Council: Preparing Future Coal Industry Leaders Today

The ACC’s Tomorrow’s Leadership Council (TLC) is designed to advance and vest executive talent in the coal industry. The Council provides a meaningful opportunity for up-and-coming executives to enhance their industry knowledge and networks through projects and activities that advance industry-wide objectives as well as professional development goals. Launched in 2009, the TLC program has “graduated” over 120 executives.

Who Should Participate in the TLC, and What is the Cost?
Entry-level staff and mid-level executives from the coal supply, consumption, transportation, and trading industries, as well as those working in companies that support these business sectors. We have had a wide range of program participants, from those early in their careers to those who became involved with coal later in their career path.
The TLC program is open to all coal-related companies and organizations, with a discount for ACC member company participants. The program cost is $1,750 for ACC members and $2,250 for non-members.
ACC reserves the right to limit the number of annual program participants in order to offer the best possible TLC experience.
