Prosecuting climate chaos skeptics with RICO

Al Gore, Torquemada Whitehouse, Democrat AGs threaten to silence and bankrupt skeptics

by: Paul Driessen

It’s been a rough stretch for Climate Armageddon religionists and totalitarians.

Real World science, climate and weather events just don’t support their manmade cataclysm narrative. The horrid consequences of anti-fossil fuel energy policies are increasingly in the news. And despite campaigns by the $1.5-trillion-per-year government-industry-activist-scientific Climate Crisis Consortium, Americans consistently rank global warming at the very bottom of their serious concerns.

This recent Wall Street Journal article by Joe Bast and Roy Spencer neatly debunks the notion that there is a 97% consensus view among scientists about the causes and expected impacts of climate change.

Last week Secretary of State John Kerry warned graduating students at Boston College of the “crippling consequences” of climate change. “Ninety-seven percent of the world’s scientists,” he added, “tell us this is urgent.”

Apparently there’s no 97% consensus at the IPCC

From WUWT – an apparent admission that there is no 97% consensus on climate science.

Consensus? What Consensus? You’d think they’d be able to agree on this most important number. They did for AR4.

The IPCC May Have Outlived its Usefulness – An Interview with Judith Curry

Coalblog readers – We have reprinted (with permission) a recent interview with Dr. Judith Curry, a climate scientist Professor and Chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Curry provides a unique view of the discussion of climate change and offers the opinion (among others in this interview) that the IPCC may have outlived its usefulness.

I would be interested in your thoughts and comments. Let me know what you think of Dr. Curry’s views on the state of climate science and policy today.
